Leaving My PT Nanny/Babysitter Is Hard To Do

If anyone is looking...this is my reference letter for our wonderful nanny/babysitter.

To Whom It May Concern:

D worked for us from February 2011 until June 2011 caring for our son.

I was often working from home while she cared for him and I could witness firsthand her wonderful way with him.  When she was out with him in the park, she would often send me pictures of a happy boy enjoying the outdoors with her.

I cannot say enough good things about D.  She took excellent care of our son, Aiven, since he was 4 ½ months old.  She was always gentle and safe with him.  I always had peace of mind when they were together.  I was 100% confident that D would never let anything happen to him.

She was always patient with him, especially when it came to eating.  Starting him on solid foods was challenging until D worked with him.  In two days it was a mastered skill because of her.

D constantly engaged with Aiven, talking to him, singing to him, and teaching him with his toys.  She would expertly get him to sleep and would watch over him to ensure he had a peaceful rest.

The biggest endorsement I can give her is that we begged her to move to Texas with us.  We adore her and so does Aiven.  She does not want to leave her home in New York and we will miss her very much.

Any family to have D care for their children would be a very lucky family.
