In my previous blog about Aiven and carrots, we had not found a solution. I am happy to tell you that the problem has been resolved.
Sprout Organics Sweet Baby Carrots to the rescue! Aiven loved them! I ordered boxes of this (and a few others as well) and am taking them to Ireland this summer.
Thanks for your suggestions and thanks to Nicole for providing us with the heavenly carrots to try.
